Dezy Kumari

Dr. Dezy Kumari is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She holds a Ph.D. from Patna University, focusing on "Recent Trends of Investment in Mutual Funds," where she explored the psychological and socio-economic factors affecting investor behavior in capital markets. Her post-doctoral research at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi, focused on skill formation and policy analysis.

Dr. Kumari's expertise spans financial inclusion, development economics, policy analysis, and sustainable development. She has been awarded the ICSSR Post-Doctoral Fellowship and serves as a co-principal investigator on a major ICSSR-funded project analyzing the impact of Direct Benefit Transfers on financial inclusion. With over 125 presentations at national and international seminars and conferences, Dr. Kumari has a strong academic publication. Her research includes publications in Scopus and UGC-CARE listed journals, with notable works on skills and labor policy, sustainable development, customer satisfaction in banking, and agripreneurship. She has authored 5 books which are available for competitive exam aspirants.

Dr. Kumari has undertaken a collaboration with INTI International University, Malaysia, and the University of Ciputra, Indonesia, furthering her research in policy and financial inclusion
